As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for guiding and leading the architecture, delivery and development of the software systems that power our business unit. A hands-on, highly skilled software developer with the experience to dive into code to deliver high quality, well-designed software. You will share responsibility for the quality of the software being built, including but not limited to; achieving desired business outcomes, meeting reliability and performance expectations and safely managing security and data privacy concerns. 


You’ll have:

  • 6+ years’ in a hands-on Software Engineering role 
  • Strong experience building high‑traffic customer facing web applications across frontend and backend
  • Proven backend experience using Java with modern frameworks (e.g. Spring / Spring Boot) to build scalable APIs and services
  • Experience working with databases (e.g , PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc)
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, with experience applying these skills across both UI representation and platform‑driven, rule‑based implementations
  • Working knowledge of React.js and modern frontend patterns to support and evolve user experiences
  • Solid understanding of cloud‑native development on platforms such as AWS, including deployment, scaling, and operational considerations
  • Experience and confidence with CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions), version control (Git), and automated testing practices
  • Experience using observability and monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, Datadog, or similar) to support production systems
  • A real passion for quality, clean code and continuous improvement 
  • A strong understanding of architectural concepts and cloud-based solution design 
  • Highly dedicated ethos - expected to take very real accountability for the work you're doing 
  • Demonstrable ability to motivate self and others, and a passion to mentor junior developers 
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical partners, with the capability to influence 
  • A test and learn mindset with curiosity, collaboration and care 
  • Experience writing multi-threaded, asynchronous code 
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Edge Delivery Services desirable
